Meet Sam

Sam is a 22 year old young man who has been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a fatal genetic disorder that progressively weakens the body’s muscles.

DMD is the most common and most severe form of Muscular Dystrophy.

His current dream and great interest for the past couple of years has been the involvement in Power Wheelchair Football – a sport he can participate in and thoroughly enjoys.

Thanks to all who donated through the "gofundme" campaign (now closed). Sam has been able to reach his dream of a special motorised Strikeforce Wheelchair.
